These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [www.rocketology.co.uk] (“Site”) and the purchase of our services and products, including tuition, courses, mock tests, resources, and related materials (“Services” and “Products”). By using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or purchase from us.

1. About Us

Rocketology is an education provider offering online and in-person courses, mock exams, learning resources, and consultancy services.
 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase from our Site. Parents or guardians are responsible for purchases and bookings made for children under 18.

3. Bookings and Payment

3.1 General

• Bookings for tuition, courses, and mock exams are confirmed only once payment is received in full (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

3.2 On-Site Workshop, Course, or Exam Bookings

• Payment: Full payment must be received no later than 14 days before the scheduled start date. If payment is not received by this date, your place may be offered to someone on our waiting list.

• Cancellations:

  • 14 days or more before the start date – You may choose either:

    • A credit for a future workshop/course/exam (valid for 12 months), OR

    • A full refund less an administration fee (the lesser of 10% of the order value or £50).

  • Less than 14 days before the start date – Refunds or credits are not available unless the event is fully booked and we are able to fill your place from the waiting list.

  • No shows – Failure to attend without notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued.

4. Digital Products & Online Courses

• Due to their nature, all digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

• All materials, resources, and downloads provided by Rocketology are for personal, non-commercial use only.

• You must not copy, share, resell, or distribute any part of our Products without prior written consent. Breach of this clause may result in legal action.

5. Student Conduct

We reserve the right to remove a student from any session without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or unsafe for others.

6. Website Use

• You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

• You must not interfere with the operation of the Site, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site (including text, graphics, logos, videos, and downloadable materials) is the property of Rocketology or our licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or use it without our express permission.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• While we strive for accuracy, all information provided is for educational purposes only and is not a guarantee of exam success or admission to any school.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our Site or Services.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product or Service.
